1. Overview
Vitarhythm sells digital wellness programmes and lifestyle coaching services. Because the majority of our offerings are delivered electronically and involve significant preparation work by our team, our return and refund policy reflects both our commitment to client satisfaction and the practical realities of digital product delivery.
This policy applies to all products and services purchased through ghomryonbrixalon.world or directly with the Vitarhythm team. It is to be read in conjunction with our Terms of Use and in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) as set out in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
2. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Return Policy is intended to limit, exclude, or modify any non-excludable consumer guarantees provided under the ACL. Under the ACL, our wellness plan programmes come with guarantees that they will be:
- Provided with due care and skill.
- Fit for the purpose for which they are commonly supplied (as educational and informational lifestyle content).
- Delivered within a reasonable time where no specific timeframe is agreed.
Where a service fails to meet a consumer guarantee and the failure is a major failure, you are entitled to cancel your service agreement and receive a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for the reduction in value of the service. Where the failure can be remedied, we will do so within a reasonable timeframe.
3. Digital Wellness Plan Programmes
3.1 Eligibility for Refund — 14-Day Satisfaction Review
Vitarhythm offers a 14-day satisfaction review period for all digital wellness plan purchases (Rhythm Foundations, Vitarhythm Core, and Rhythm Mastery). If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase date, provided that:
- You contact us within the 14-day window via phone (+61 415 350 548) or the contact form on our website.
- You have not accessed more than 30% of the programme's digital content (as determined by our platform's access logs).
- No one-on-one coaching sessions included in your plan have been conducted.
Refund requests that meet all of the above criteria will be processed within 10 business days of approval. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
3.2 Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- The 14-day satisfaction review period has passed.
- More than 30% of the programme's digital content has been accessed.
- One or more coaching sessions included in the plan have been conducted.
- The refund request is based solely on a change of mind after significant content has been accessed.
- The purchase was made for a purpose other than personal use (e.g., on behalf of a business or to share with others).
4. One-on-One Coaching Sessions
4.1 Rescheduling
Coaching sessions may be rescheduled at no charge provided at least 48 hours' notice is given before the scheduled session time. Rescheduling requests received with less than 48 hours' notice but more than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a A$25 rescheduling fee.
4.2 Cancellation by Client
If you cancel a coaching session with at least 48 hours' notice, the session credit will be returned to your account for use within the duration of your plan. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be forfeited and the session credit will not be restored.
4.3 Cancellation by Vitarhythm
In the rare event that Vitarhythm must cancel a coaching session (due to coach illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances), we will notify you as soon as possible and offer to reschedule at a time convenient to you at no additional cost.
5. Group Workshops and Webinars
Tickets to group workshops and webinars are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or significantly rescheduled by Vitarhythm. Where an event is cancelled, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Where an event is rescheduled, you may choose to attend the rescheduled event or receive a full refund.
Transfers of workshop tickets to another individual may be arranged provided you notify us at least 5 business days before the event and the replacement participant is at least 18 years of age.
6. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days of the approval notice being sent to you. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–7 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the returned funds. Vitarhythm does not charge any administrative fee for processing refunds.

Please include your full name, the email address used at purchase, your order or plan reference number, and the reason for your refund request. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and provide a decision within 5 business days of receiving all required information.
8. Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with Vitarhythm's response to your refund request, you may escalate the matter to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) or the consumer protection agency in your state or territory. In South Australia, the relevant authority is Consumer and Business Services (CBS).
9. Changes to This Policy
Vitarhythm may update this Return Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction, except where Australian law requires otherwise.
